I have little nipples and any other brand just didn’t fit right and caused even more pain. These are a perfective fit if you have littler than intermediate nipple size. They saved me when I was in regards to to give up breastfeeding…

Pinches!

The design of this sheild have a tendancy to pinch while nursing. There is not sufficient room for the nipple to exaggerate while suckling & my nipple ends up getting pinched in the routine which causes uttermost pain. I purchased it for the cut out, hoping to have more skin contact with my daugther, but Madela likewise has a shield with the cut out & it works so much better is much more comfortable for me while nursing. I would not commend this shield for purchase.
